This position is based out of our Fort Myers, FL office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule after successful completion of our 90-day probationary period.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Associate, Equity Specialty Services is a key contributor to delivering exceptional service to our Solo 401(k) customers while also facilitating the creation of Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs), Business Tax IDs and other specialized solutions. The role supports the goals and objectives of Equity Trust Company leadership and ensures an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Gathers, reviews, and verifies required documents for completion fulfillment of services offered through Equity Specialty Services.
- Responsible for providing client support to our Solo 401(k) customer base.
- Responsible for the formation of business entities for our customers
- Responsible for the creation of unique business tax IDs.
- Works with stakeholders across teams located in Ft. Myers, FL and Westlake, OH.
- Monitors and maintains operational pipeline.
- Monitors and updates corporate actions.
- Institutes continuous improvement approaches where appropriate; assess processes and make recommendations for workflow improvements.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team, department, and overall business goals.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Resolves client issues and concerns.
- Provides project support.
- Follows assigned work schedule with regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.
- LLC product knowledge or financial services experience preferred.
- In person interaction that includes actively collaborating with colleagues and participating in team or company meetings.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salesforce (CRM) experience preferred.
